hello, chalkmarrow! You may know me as the developer of streak (http://streak.t35.com/). I will create a windows installer for you, with your permission. Would you like me to do this, and if so, are there any special requests? RSVP, Billy Graydon.

A cool trick I learned: 1) Open 2 scratch windows on the same computer. 2) enable remote sensors on just one of them. 3) connect computer 0 to 'localhost' 4) enable remote sensors on the other one. 5) connect computer 1 to your IP address. Et voila! you now have two projects connected on the same computer!

Streak: Go ahead and create any kind of installer you like. Sounds good. Also, interesting trick re two instances on the same computer.

Note that as of this moment v1.4 won't work with Snyff. I'm working on a new version, however.

Yes, I got it to work with 1.4...

I know how to do port forwarding for routers but, people can't share their IP addresses on scratch.

is there a version of snyff for mac?
Posted 15:27, 19 Aug 2009
I'm trying to use Snyff with scratch 1.4, and, you know, it doesn't work. I'm trying to use an instant messaging application. I need variables, and I don't think they work. Any suggestions?

Wow! This is great! But do you need to give out IP addresses to connect? Or do you need to send a broadcast, activating the connection to the other computer with the same project? EDIT: I got it!! Except I need major help. I'm trying to connect the downstairs computer with my laptop...NOT WORKING :( edited 23:15, 10 Oct 2009
